To all current, former, and future Renaissance customers,
The safety of Renaissance Development customers and staff is our top priority as we continue to monitor the concerns around the coronavirus, COVID-19. We are following the guidance of DC and the CDC with regard to prevention and protection. For this reason, we are going to do things a bit differently for awhile.
Even though we place a high value on personally meeting and greeting our customers at their homes or properties to review and discuss projects, we're going to err on the side of everyone's safety and limit our direct contact to that which we can carry out over the phone or computer.
As always, you may use our handy online form or give us a call (202-547-2345) to tell us about the project you have in mind and schedule a site assessment. We will then arrange for a field technician to visit the project site but not meet directly with you. The field technician will inspect the area you have described to us, take photos and measurements, etc, and then follow-up to answer questions and discuss details. We can do this by telephone, FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom; let us know if you have a preference. Our goal is to be as thorough and communicative as ever, but to limit face to face contact during this time.
Be assured, that if any of our staff are the least bit unwell, they will remain at home and another team member will be assigned to your project.
